Tiffany Rogers-Randolph recently stepped into the role of Michigan FFA Executive Secretary and Outreach Specialist at Michigan State University.

Tiffany is originally from Niles, Michigan. Her love of agriculture was fostered at a young age as she grew up on her family’s farm raising and showing Percheron draft horses. From there, she followed in her mother’s and grandfather’s footsteps, to join the Cassopolis FFA Chapter in the seventh grade. During her time in FFA, her supervised agricultural experiences focused on agricultural education and equine science and she was lucky enough to serve as a state and national FFA officer.

Since hanging up the blue jacket, Tiffany has remained involved with the National FFA Organization for the past ten years as a leadership conference facilitator, working with 212/360 programs, the Washington Leadership Conference, and State Officer Programs. She also worked on the production of various state conventions, producing visual materials for the National FFA Convention and the RFD-TV live broadcast of convention.

Tiffany has a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness management from Michigan State University, along with a master’s and Ph.D. in agricultural education and communication from the University of Florida. Prior to her role at Michigan State, she worked as an assistant professor at Kansas State University teaching and advising students in agricultural communications, and researching the creativity and innovation in communicating the science of agriculture, food, and natural resources.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Levy Randolph, and their two Golden Retrievers, Beckett and Collins. Levy and Tiffany also own and operate a video production company, Paradigm Productions, that focuses on agricultural storytelling.
