INVOICE PAYMENT POLICY
Invoice Issued
Invoices are sent to chapters after registration for FFA activities and are due upon receipt.
Within 60 Days
A $25 late fee will be added to unpaid invoices, and an updated invoice will be issued.
Within 90 Days
An additional $25 late fee will be added, for a total of $50. An updated invoice will be sent to both the FFA advisor and the building administrator.
After 6 Months
Chapter loses good standing and becomes ineligible to participate in FFA activities above the chapter level until the balance is paid in full. Additional fees apply.
Need Additional Time?
If extenuating circumstances prevent your chapter from paying an invoice on time, please contact the Michigan FFA Office as soon as possible. The Michigan FFA Board of Directors may extend the payment deadline beyond six months when notified in a timely manner.
